The aim of the Estonian Student Awards is to recognise active students OF Estonian higher education institutions for their achievements and contributions over the past year. Through recognition, we also seek to encourage others to contribute to student life and to strengthen a sense of unity within the Estonian student community.

For TUNNE team members, we offer a highly engaging experience in a nationwide student life project, along with new friendships and connections, valuable experience, skills and knowledge, meaningful challenges, a strong addition to their CV, and an enjoyable half-year journey.

This season, the TUNNE team brings together 33 enthusiastic students and recent graduates from 8 different higher education institutions across Estonia. We are united by a shared drive to create something meaningful, challenge ourselves, and bring inspiring student stories and achievements to the stage. We are active, curious, and full of initiative — and just as importantly, we genuinely enjoy working together. That energy is what makes TUNNE happen.

The team is divided into five areas — administration, marketing and communications, nominations, programme, and finance — each responsible for its own tasks while contributing to bringing the gala from idea to execution step by step. The overall process is guided by the project manager, two project manager’s assistants, and the head of HR, who support the team’s day-to-day work and help maintain a positive team environment.
